This is partly our fault. The driver at loading told the customer it would be 3 days for transit and that he would call the evening before delivery to set a time for the next day. The customer started calling him the next morning wanting an update. My uncle is older and set in his ways. He thought his instructions were clear and why would somebody expect delivery in 1 or 2 days when he already told him 3 days. I think my uncle should have called him back sooner to reinterate the delivery conversation. We have a solution in place to fix this now.
