Had Mustang transported from California to Ohio. Was not in huge hurry, just wanted it brought home safely for a good price. Was a little nervous since they don't have a phone number to actually call and speak to somebody. Had to do everything via email, but on the plus side, they did not require a deposit. Didn't have to pay until vehicle arrived. Decided to give them a try since they were $100-$150 less than the other gazillion transport companies who replied to my quote request. (who, by the way ALL seem to call and email you relentlessly after you request a quote)It took almost two weeks to get a pick up date scheduled but once we did, everything worked like clockwork. The driver was in contact as soon as he was scheduled and kept in touch along the way. Vehicle arrived safe and sound and was delivered exactly when the driver said it would. It worked out great for me in this case.
