This posters mother recieved a quote from us and gave another company the order over the phone and her credit card info. We do not take credit cards or deposits. We take Certified Funds on delivery. The daughter emailed us asking when it was loading. We informed her that we never recieved an order. I instructed her to contact her mothers credit card company to find out who ran it and we would get her the companies contact info,Motor Carrier#,Insurance info,etc. from Central Dispatch. I never heard back from her and assume that she followed my instructions and realized the error. But she had already made this posting and we have asked Transport Reviews to mediate for her to remove it. The reason she didn't put an Order ID # is because we only provide them for orders placed on our website. Some people can not admitt when they have errored.
