Paid $750 without contract in mid March for pickup in late May. I was told by Charles that he would contact me about details of shipping my car as the day neared. 5 days before ship date and still haven't heard anything, so I emailed Charles. No response. I called three different business phone lines and no one ever answered. I called over 10 times during two business days, during business hours. No response! I finally left a message to cancel my order, as I would like to deal with a company that I could actually communicate with. After calling my visa company to dispute the $750, Greg calls and harasses and insults me. I find it entirely unprofessional and he's lucky I didn't get my attorney on him. He finally refunds me, but then proceeds to re-charge me the $750, again...as if I wouldn't notice! I had to call my visa company again to block them from continually trying to get money out of me. Please beware. This company's quote was too good to be true. I had another shipper check their internal listing and my car had been posted for shipping at the $750 price, meaning that is what they offered drivers...how would they get the profit, I wonder? Would they have called me last minute, and asked for more money? That's what it seemed considering they avoided my calls and email. Shady business.
