I contacted Charles on Tuesday morning to let him know that we had purchased the car and it was ready to be picked up. He put it on the board and told me that it might be a couple of days before someone picked it up. He called back within two hours and said that he had been contacted by driver and that he would pick it up the next day early. (that was Tues) The driver picked it up Wed. morning and it was delivered about 1pm on Thurs. Everything went according to plan and the car was delivered in great shape. We were very pleased by Charles being so imformative and prompt with finding someone to haul the car. It was delivered on Thurs. about 1pm in very good condition and as promised. I can't say enough about how nice Charles is and how helpful and on the ball the driver was. I would certainly use them again without hesitation. Good job Trusted First Auto Service.
