First Time Using a Transport Company

This was the first time I have ever had to use a transport company. The vehicle being moved was a classic Corvette and a family treasure so I was very nervous about the whole process. Although the driver had to reschedule once I appreciated him contacting me to make other arrangements. Also he had to get a roll off trailer to load/offload the car due to low ground clearance. This kind of attention to detail and care was greatly appreciated.

The number of phone calls a person gets once their transport need is in the system can be overwhelmeing and frustrating. However, Trusted First Auto Transport took the time to educate my about the process without being pushy. In my opinion this separated them from their competitors.

I cannot say the experience was stress free but in the end it was a positive one and I can easily give Trust First Auto Transport my stamp of approval.
