I can't say enough great things about True Carrier. I needed to move my car from San Jose CA to Austin Tx. My company encouraged me to use Montway but they had broad pick-up day ranges and gave me a 7-14 delivery window. True Carrier picked up my car on a specific day and gave me a 4 hr pick-up window. This is my only vehicle so I didn't want to lose my car longer then necessary. True Carrier promised to get my car to Austin in 2 days and they got my car to Austin on time in 2 days. This was a huge win for me and they were far more affordable then some of the larger companies. The team thoroughly reviewed my car for scratches at pick-up to ensure we were on the same page for everything they found on the vehicle. Initially when I requested a quote from True Carriers I wasn't ready to ship my car but Alex was persistent in following up with me and I'm so glad he did b/c I doubt any other company could provide me a better service then I received. Please keep in mind that in the past I have had my car moved from VA to FL, FL to WA , and WA to CA so this wasn't my first auto-shipper.
