Do NOT give this company a dime! You'd be better off throwing your money out a window. Just another "smash and grab" broker (NOT trucker/transport) Once they get your deposit (their profit) good luck getting anything picked up. Like many brokers, they lowball the transport quote in order to get your deposit. Once I started complaining to these clowns in Florida they became smug and rude. They don't like anyone who is in the know of persons who operate like them. I got a real company to do the job and my car was picked up the NEXT DAY after waiting over 2 weeks for truckittransport to get it done. I then had to open a credit card dispute (which they fought) for stealing my money.
