First available pick up date 6/12, customer chose standard shipping which is usually picked up within 5 business days leaving estimated pick up 6/12 - 6/16. Yet half way thru the day 6/12 we get this negative feedback! Customer is unwilling to read or listen to terms of quote. Just because a customer books in advance does not mean the customer will get a specific pick up date. Specific pick up dates require expedited shipping which costs roughly $200 more give or take in which this customer was not willing to do. This is all explained on the very first email after booking, let alone terms are provided before order is even booked. Please be sure to read and ask any questions to have a smooth shipping process.
