I was unsure of dealing with another transport broker after they didn't appear rushed to find a transporter.
I was still leery when first speaking with Kim, but she found a great transporter and expedited the paperwork over the weekend so that the vehicle could be picked up that Tuesday. The car was picked up as promised and Kim introduced me to the transporter, via email, and after that everything was smooth sailing.
Kim obviously did her due diligence in finding the best transporter to meet my needs.
