Initial contact with agent (Tru Auto Transport) late afternoon 1/4/11. Agent explained process and answered all of my questions regarding liability insurance, bonding and overall creditability of the driver. Drive comunicated with contact person in Dallas the night of 1/4/11 after contract was finalized. Vechile was picked up the next evening as agreed. Driver contacted me approximately 2 hours prior to drop off to let me know he was in the area 1 day sooner than expected. The agent was inconstant contact during the entire process. Vehicle was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up. I really appreciate the professionalism, promptness and efficiency during tis transport. If the situation arises again for me, I will not hesitate contacting Tru Auto Transport, INC. Thanks again Kim!!
