Tru Auto Transport was a real life saver! The owner Kim was exceptionally helpful. I was extremely nervous to ship my car because a few years ago I shipped my furniture and my stuff was stolen/broken/3 weeks late/ and twice the price! Needless to say I was on edge. I called many company's and was astonished to find the price range and the customer service I encountered. Kim was the only one that I felt at ease with during this stressful move. She worked with me when my move date changed a few times, didn't pester me as it took a full 6 weeks from the time I spoke with her until the time I moved. Just asked for updates as my progress progressed. The movers showed up on time to pick up my car which I was told might take 7-10 days to deliver and I received it in five. While the drivers didn't speak much English they were helpful. My driver helped me get my bicycle out of car and then fixed the chain for me as it had fallen off in the move. I couldn't say enough positive things for this company. If I ever move back to Florida or know someone who needs shipping I WILL be calling Tru Auto Transport again! Thank you Kim!
