Had previous problems with a broker then met Kim and she explained what was happening and helped me cancel and get started again. Kim told me what to expect and what not to expect and estimated the true cost and how all this works. Kim found a transporter for me and checked him out before contacting me, she put the two of us together by phone to make sure we were on the same page. Once everything was agreed to things started rolling, during the transport time we all kept in contact as my boat moved across the country. It was delivered a couple of days earlier than initially figured. Kim was always availiable by phone and email if I had any questions, I don't text but that would have made it even easier for her. Kim is very customer oriented and takes interest in her work, she went above and beyond what was needed to make sure the job was done right. To add to all she did, she has a great sense of humor to go along with her business pride. Hats off to a good business owner, Thank you Kim for all you did for me.
