Well this was my first time ever transporting a vehicle. And, of course our vehicle had to be clear across the country, in a place not many drivers go to. I decided to go with Tru Auto Transport, Inc. and dealt with Kim Foster. She is by far one of the most honest, and responsible person I have dealt with in a business. We had trouble finding a driver at first, b/c it is such a long haul to SD to Ohio, and drivers don't typically make out well when they go to SD. Luckily though, Kim was able to find one for us, and after payment, they picked up my vehicle the next day and it was delivered the following day. I would recommend her hands down, and trust me I will use her again in the future if need be! You can trust everything she says. She goes above and beyond to make it easier on her customers, you don't get that very often now adays. Thank you Kim for all your hard work! Also, she does check out the carriers, and their insurance. Our driver was so friendly, he stayed and talked to us for a few after dropping off our vehicle. It was nice to have all around good service! Very, very pleased!
