No Clue where car was

I was moving from Atlanta to San Diego and needed my car there by a certain date so that my boyfriend would be able to pick me up from LAX. I called and spoke with Samantha who was very helpful and I explained that I needed my car to be in San Diego within the next 7-9 days. She said that it would definitely be possible and that she would put an earlier date of expected arrival just to be safe. She gave me the information of the driver, told me that he would be picking the car up the very next day and that he would be giving me a call that evening. The driver never once called me throughout the entire process. I was calling him everyday, sometimes multiple times a day, to find out when he was coming to pickup my car. He made multiple excuses of why he would have to pick it up the next day. During this time, I contacted Samantha who then put me in contact with Marc. I asked if I could have a different driver because I no longer trusted this one. He told me that was not possible because he was now in contract with this guy and assured me that everything would be okay. He was supposed to pick it up on a Tuesday and finally came on Thursday. The driver told me that the car would be in San Diego on Tuesday. I called Tuesday night and he told me that he thought I meant Thursday. So, after clarifying what we had talked about, we decided that it was definitely going to be there on Thursday, no matter what. I then expected it there on Thursday. Thursday afternoon, I called and the driver and he told me he was in LA and to have some patience. I never heard from him the rest of the night or in the next 3 days or so, he refused to answer my calls. I called Marc who tried to reach the driver and he made sure to inform me that he is trying to help me but the "broker" typically does not get involved in these things, it should be between the driver and the customer. Marc stayed in contact with me for the first day or two and then stopped answering my phone calls after he told me that he "really did not want to have to deal with this on a Friday night". I eventually got my car back, on Wednesday (almost a week later from the second date promised), after having to meet the driver in another city. I was highly disappointed that Marc did not seem to care too much nor was I offered a refund.
