Just to let those know that read this information that the lateness of the delivery was understandable and did not effect us. The delivery was to be in the evening on the same day of the pickup. Our truck was delivered the next afternoon. The delay was caused by scheduling issues and load time at not only my origin location but another load that cause the driver to run out of driving hours for his day.
If I was to make a negative comment it would only be that communication between Chris and myself between pickup and delivery wasn't done. My only contact was with the underlying carrier's dispatch person, and even then it was lacking in completeness. I have been in the transportation business for about 18 years, mostly on the international side, so communication is very important for me.
I would contact Tropical auto transporters again since they were able to work within the guidelines that I needed at the time.
