Tropical Auto Carriers turned a really bad experience(with another transport company) into a really good experience. Nikole was great. She understood how upset I was about the other company and did everything to help me. The truck was picked up at 11:00am on Friday in Alabama and delivered at 7:00pm on Saturday night in Philadelphia. We were not expecting it until Sunday. A great surprise! The driver, Angel, was really nice and wanted to make sure that everything was ok with the truck upon delivery.
