As many other reviewers have stated, this is a scam. What you have read elsewhere about deposits, surprise fees, increased costs appears to be true. They have now made the mistake of ripping off lawyers. We have contacted the NY State Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau.

We question whether this website is ligit since it appears that bad businesses can prop up their ratings by with fake ones or pay for positive reviews (compensated reveiws).

If a class action lawsuit is brought forward, we will post the URL on this site.

It should be added that we are not sure if that actual trucking companies (Tri-Star acts as a broker) are implicated in this scam. At the very least they must hear from all the unhappy customers.

If you are in fact an attorney, you would know that the contract is legal and opinions have been requested from another attorney as to its validity. The website in fact contains the same info as the contract.
