I was told my car would be here last FRIDAY. Today is Thursday and I still dont have my car. I was told by the truck driver that his car broke down, I was never contacted my triple A about this problem. It has taken almost 1 week for his car to be fixed and my car is someone in florida, while I still have no idea when I will get it. I have basically had to stalk, I mean at least 15 calls a day, the staff at triple A to even get a call back (if they even do) and they have been not helpfully as all. I have now spent 300 on a rent car all week and they told me that there is nothing they can do, and that since the driver is probably upset his truck broke down, its a LOOSE LOOSE situation! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! who even knows if my car will even get delivered. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!
