I contacted Triple A to move my 1968 Lemans from Grand Rapids, Mi to Houston, TX. The customer service agent was knowledgable and courteous. I needed the car picked up within 24 hours due to issues on the shippers side. I was told originally this was not a problem and that it would be picked up.

I then contacted the shipper the next day and was then told it was scheduled for 2 days later. After pleading a case again, they were able to work it into the schedule.

The driver was courteous and professional.
