We paid the $170 deposit on Monday Jan 26 to have our car picked up in Milford CT on Sat Jan 31 to be delivered to San Jose, CA. The Driver never showed up, and auto broker (Jason) was rude and lied to us about the status of the pickup. He said the driver did not have the paperwork to pick up the car but when we talked to the dealer, the driver said the driver said he could not make it by the designated time closing time therefore would be there on Monday to pick up the car. Monday rolls around and the driver does not show up. Upon calling Jason, he did not follow up with the driver even after working with him that Friday to make sure that the car was picked up on Monday. They are a horrible company to work with, I don't believe they have their own drivers, they use central dispatch to find drivers in the area, but if those drivers don't show up, there is nothing that they will do to help you other then to try to schedule another driver to come by. They don't follow up with their drivers to see if they pick up the car, they are not knowledgeable in the status of pickup of your car, they are rude, they lie and in my opinion are definitely not a reputable company to work with.
