Shawn neglected to share these details when placing the order. It was about a week later that I was made aware of the COMPLICATIONS from a trucker that I was attempting to dispatch the load to. He was kind enough to inform me that more than 90% of all carriers could not access the location where the vehicel was being kept- However, once I was aware of the special circumstances of the pick up, I did find a carrier that could access the location and had it scheduled for pick up 2 hours after he was scheduled to leave.
