I set up Jeral with a driver, called him and emailed him. He never responded back. I sent the truck out and it was the driver that called me to tell me that the car had been picked up by another company. This is the only instance where we do not offer a refund. He placed his order with us, agreed to our terms and conditions, had me do the work and waste a drivers time and money. He sent me an email canceling after all this had happen because he wanted his money back.
