Brandon convinced me to remove another broker from being my representative to get my car moved from MA to NC. His price was the best and his promises sounded great. When the date was close for us to leave he wrote me a return email to tell me he was working on it. The day before we left he relayed in a phone conversation that he was still working on it. Then when we left I made arrangements so that my car could have been picked up at my home in MA while we were in NC. He never responded. The end of last week I called for the last time. He asked if he could call me right back. He did not. I don't understand his game but I do know he can not deliver what he says he can. He should find a new job.

Bob, You were inaccessable 3/3 times when I had your vehicle dispatched within the time frame that you provided. I would call over and over again and emailed you each time as I do with all clients that I work with. You would get back to me the next day or later thereby missing the truck I had set up for you. I never charged you a penny.
