WHAT IS WORSE THAN NOT FULFILLING YOUR ORDER?! HOW ABOUT NOT REFUNDING YOUR DEPOSIT! AFTER TELLING ME THEY COULDN'T BROKER A DEAL WITH ANY DRIVERS I WAS TOLD I HAD TO DISPUTE MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE TO GET REFUNDED! IN THEIR EXPLANATORY EMAIL I WAS TOLD " OUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR WAS BROKEN". WHAT YEAR IS THIS, 1989?! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND USE A TRANSPORT COMPANY DIRECTLY. DO NOT USE THIS BROKERAGE OR ANY OTHER!
