WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!
This company is a a total fraud they do nothing but lie from day one., lie after lie promises after promise this company is a a total night mare from day one!

the broker stated from the 1st call on phone with him that the broker
fees gets deducted from our Quoted price
the contract shows shipping quote with broker fees deducted with a finial amount due.
Also say if changes from carriers price does happen it will not exceed over 250.00 and we would be notified about any changes.
we were sent a email basically before car was to be dropped off it was same email sent showing original contract nothing else no changes at all
the day of drop off the car carrier called and said the cost would be 900.00

our contract stated 635.00 and because the brokers fees were deducted on it ,it went too 460.00 amount due. that's what was written on contract.

you add it up, 450.0 plus 250.00 and no more according to contract comes too 700.00
where did the 900.00 come from?? they broke there own contract rules
in addition they lied and said no the brokers fees do not get deducted yet it showed that deduction on the contract.
the actual carrier was a decent company we settled for no more then 250.00 as i told them that's what is on our contract so she agreed to met us in the middle

other wise hey they would of impounded are car and then we would of been liable for that cost..

Bottom line they lied to carriers and lied to customer, and why the hell did the carrier not call customer 1st to make sure there contract agreement cost was same as customer agreement cost with the broker .

Carl from tri star is a sniveling winy liar, that's what they do they are dishonest and they are arrogant, and hang up on you.
They told the carrier to impound are car if we did not pay the 900.00
Simply bate n switch and lie and set up a fraudulent deal for every party

This company was on a list of recommended movers but all they are are brokers and they should never be in business let alone recommended!!
