After doing extensive research on potential carriers to transport my pickup truck from NY to TX, I decided to go with Tri-Star. Factors included cost (lower than many, but not the lowest quote XXXcheap doesn't necessarily mean reliable), transport terms, Better Business Bureau rating, and the many positive reviews on this site. This was a first for me, and the experience was entirely positive. David Peery at Tri-Star was personable, responsive, and informed, both on the phone and in our e-mail exchanges. And the driver (from Jubilee Express Transport in Dallas) kept me well-posted (via cell phone) as to his whereabouts along the way and specific arrival times for pickup and delivery. Very professional, friendly, reliable, and accommodating service. I understood my truck was in good hands (big relief), and it arrived on the day I hoped it would XXXperfect timing. Doing some initial research, so that I had a good idea of the logistics involved in transporting my vehicle and would know what to expect, was very beneficial; and I am grateful to Tri-Star for ensuring that this experience was such a positive one.
