If I could rate the company lower, I would. I received notification from Trend on July 22 that my item had shipped from California with a delivery date of July 26, 2021. The 26th came and went, but no delivery. The status was not updated in their system, so I called. The item is still at the warehouse, is the first story I got but would be shipped our in a day or so. They would "Call Me" with an update. A few days later, I called back. This time the excuse they asked me to believe was they were waiting for more items to come in before they shipped. After a lengthy discussion, I was asked to please be patient, my item would be in by the following week at the latest. Following week came and went, so I called again. This time I got that the carrier was not permitted to deliver in Washington State and they were trying to find someone! Finally, this week it started moving, I think. But is in Spokane or Kent, WA. (We aren't sure) and they are trying to find someone to get it to Vancouver, WA. I was very angry and asked that they transfer the item to FEDEX or UPS and was promptly told FEDEX and UPS dont ship my item. This is a lie of course because I checked with both companies. So my item is somewhere in Washington State, I think, with no feedback, from the company. So use these guys at your own risk!
