Don't use these people! Listen save yourself the grief and go with Montway Auto Transport! read on and I'll tell you why, Travelers Auto are nothing more than scammers! They are polite until they get your money then all communication stops. I spoke to several representatives and they were always "waiting for a driver to call back" even though they had promised a pickup within 48hrs. After they took my money for the deposit the politeness damn near stopped. I kept getting the run around then finally they "found" a driver when I threatened to cancel but it would cost $200 more than quoted. This is over a week from the promised date and at that point I couldn't trust anything would happen even if I shelled out more money. I asked for a refund on my deposit, which I was told I could get back anytime if I cancelled and it's been almost 2 months and tons of calls later and still no money. Every time I call I get the run-around. "It's been processed" "the processing department will call you" "our boss put it through should be 3-5 days" heard that one about 3 times! Oh and my personal favorite "we just ran it again you should see it in a few days" STILL NO REFUND. They even refused to send me a confirmation email to confirm my refund...I wonder Why. so a week and some days after their promised pickup and me demanding a refund, It was about 3:30PM central on a Thursday, I called Montway got a quote and finally agreed to try them finished giving them my info, they quoted me $200 more than Travelers HOWEVER, they would not take a CENT until a driver, his info, time of pickup and contract was sent to me. The representative was iffy about being able to get someone in such short notice especially since it was already 4PM and the NEXT day by NOON I got a call but was at work so they called my husband He texted me to tell me they were already loading it up to the semi! I checked my email and sure enough they had charged and sent me everything I needed that morning! What the scammers at Travelers Auto couldn't do in a week and a half, Montway did in less than 24 hours! Trust me you don't want to spend weeks dealing with these people, if you take anything away from my review take the fact that you'll be dealing with a lot more headaches than its worth. You're paying a lot of your hard earned money to deal with so much bullshit on top of whatever else you're dealing with!!!
