Hi Jesus we regret you were not satisfied with your transport experience. We put 100 percent into every move scheduled. As per your conversation with Johnny prices could fluctuate depending on what carriers are available on that route. We contacted you prior to dispatch for approval which was provided. Your initial order was placed on 1/31 and picked up on the 2/3. The return trip was then picked up by that same carrier at drop off. Although the price was higher then the original quote, we needed to get this done for you very quickly which we accomplished. We again apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
