Hi Ravyn we are sorry you did not have a smooth transport. Unfortunately when a drivers truck breaks down that is out of our control. We did in fact get another truck to dispatch out which you refused. In regards to your refund, we were on a 3 way call with your bank and provided a confirmation number of the refund which was confirmed by your bank. Again we apologize for any inconvenience, but we did everything we could to arrange transport. Thank You
