I am a very upset customer.
After paying in full by wire transfer to TAS, thousands of dollars, I had a contract with them to pick up a car which I purchased in Alberta, Canada.
The car was to be delivered to Ontario, Canada.
Arrangements had been made for someone to meet the driver and load the car on a specific day at a specific time.
The transport did not show up to load the car on the day we had agreed upon.
The transport to this day has still not picked up the car and I have made several several attempts to contact the company. When I call the answering machine picks up, when I email, nobody returns my emails nor do they reply to my faxes.

Alberta and Ontario are not in the origin and destination choices. I chose those so that I could submit this form.

Reviewing Michael and Ronda Mackwood's contract, the vehicle WAS DELIVERED to Blind River, Ontario on January 4th, 2010, which means that Ronda is making a false claim that the vehicle was never delivered. She claims that we agreed to deliver a vehicle on a specific date and a specific time, when in the contract it states there is no guarantee of a specific date and specific time, this is another false claim. We don't understand why Ronda Mackwood would make such baseless and false statements, but everyone should be wary when dealing with Ronda Mackwood of Blind River Ontario.
