I filled out an online questionaire and was told I could expect a few contacts about getting a vehicle I had purchased on ebay shipped from In to Ca. Kim with Transport Inc out of Florida called and said that she could get it done for $1,100. She also emailed me a letter stating that" although her price wasnt the cheapest it was also not the most expensive, and like other companies often do the "classic bait and switch" she would not and that they were all about customer service etc....etc... BLAH BLAH BLAH. I gave them a $100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and after 10 days if they had not found a carrier for $1,100 I would get my money back. After about 5-6 days I said they could raise it to $1,400 to get it done, still they could not find a carrier.After the ten day period I emailed a request for my $100 back and to take my listing off of the main transport board, they continued to list my auto on the main transport board for another week at $1,600 AND NEVER DID GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK.I found another carrier that was awesome to get my vehicle transported. BOTTOM LINE IS THIS: KIM AND GILBERT ARE NOTHING BUT A COUPLE OF LYING SCUM SUCKING............ AND I SUGGEST NOBODY, AND I MEAN NOBODY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.There are many other great transport companies out there so why test your luck with these scumbags???

Transport US Inc. does it's best to provide a good customer service and regrets what occurred with this customer. This was a very large Ford Van. Carriers usually shy away from moving larger vehicles because of the size. They will take up the space of one and a half sedans so carriers will sometimes request more money to compensate the lost of that space. Kim was only a sales rep. and did not know that. Kim is no longer with this company.
