This was my first time using a carrier and was a bit nervous, but speaking with Roy at Transport Time put me at ease. Knowing that Roy (the owner, and the only person you will deal with from beginning to end) was a car guy like myself, ensured me that he would make sure that the car was transported with care. I was transporting a 2007 BMW 530i, so you can imagine I was concerned with the care that would be taken while the vehicle was loaded and in transit. Roy keep myself, and the person at the pickup location updated at all times and coordinated the pickup on senders end for me, leaving nothing for me to do but wait for my car to arrive. I received calls from other carriers while booking with Transport time trying to tell me not to deal with a broker and that the vehicle would not be picked up. Maybe with other brokers, but not with Transport Time. Pickup and drop off was on time. WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN!
