This was the first time our family decided to transport our cars.I am a military service member and my family was transferred from Georgia to Washington State.We had already had bad service though another company and needed to hire a new one.After receiving several calls from Stan insisting their company was the best and explaining to him the service we recently received,he insured me that this company would not fail me.I wish I had saw these reviews before hiring this company.These stories sound all to fimiliar as we too became victims of their lies and deciet. We expected our cars to be picked up on a Monday for we were flying out that Friday.We were told that the "truck" had broken down and would take a day.Then it was a week.
Then apperently they sent a truck but it filled up fast and they had no room for our cars.(We were shipping mine and my wife's car at the same time)We made calls every day,and every day it was a different story.One day,became one week,and then 3 weeks..A month later we decided to cancel our contract and get our deposit back.We were then assured that a truck was in the area and had all intentions on getting our cars that night..well again,that night,became the next day,and then a week.Needless to say we are still fighting ,trying to get our deposit back,for as the other reviews stated,their contract is rigged to be able to keep your deposit,even though they are wrong in so many ways.I would in NO WAY reccomend this company.They are all trained on lying and each have the same story to tell their unsuspecting customers.WE hired a new company called RED CARPET which we would HIRE AGAIN..They (RED CARPET) picked up our cars the next day and didn't need a deposit until after a truck got them.
