Over-promised - under delivered

I had very specific delivery date needs which I was assured they could meet. At the time of pickup (which was a day after expected) the driver claimed a different delivery date than was agreed to with the Transport Services. He would not come to my door (I have shipped numerous cars to and from my street, there is plenty of room) and he did not deliver where requested although it was a loading area for trucks, he went miles away couseing even more last minute adjustments. They delivered a day late according to my arrangemets and the driver blamed Transport Services saying he delivered on the date of the work order. Transport Services blamed the driver, saying the work order had the agreed to dates. I asked both for evidence of the work order and neither would provide. Bottom line, the car arrived in good condition, but I had to make special arrangeents because they could not deliver on their commitment. I won't use them again.
