Car was to be picked up 4/17/10.Called company that day and was told they couldn't contact driver.Set new pick up date for 4/19.Called that day was told they still couldn't contact the driver. I told them I was leaving 4/21 and needed the car picked up before leaving to fly home.They never called back .I fortunitlly got another transport company that day. I called Transport Services and canceled their services.I requested my $150 deposit back because they couldn't fulfill their obligation.I was told I will not get my refund back.I am happy to have found this web site to warn others of this companies fraudulent and unprofessional practices.
