It could not have gone better. When I booked the haul on the April 19, Ryan quoted a pickup on April 21. The car was picked up one day later- the 22nd and I was notified by the driver well in advance that he was running late so I had plenty of notice and it was no big deal.

The car was due in Bozeman on the 26th but the driver called from Las Vegas and advised he was picking up two more cars- one for delivery in Northern Montana and would not be here until the 28th. No problem with me, I knew they had the car and the shipper had spoken with them and advised me he was very impressed with them- a husband and wife team- and their 18-wheeler enclosed truck. He told me they handled the car very carefully and placed the covers on it for the trip.

The day it was delivered, I was working in my office which overlooks me driveway and heard a noise that was the door closing on my new car as they had parked it in my driveway.

The entire process was painless from start to finish. The company- either Ryan, my primary contact or someone from Customer Service or the drivers themselves- Bud and Judy- were always in contact with me pro-actively. I never had to call to ask a question. They let me know EXACTLY what was going to happen and when, well before I had a chance to fret about it. Both the company and the drivers were excellent in every respect.

I have used other companies including some of the biggest and NAME haulers and this particular experience was just OUTSTANDING. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
