Travis persistently called to get my business, promising that he could get the vehicle moved on 4/11 as we were heading out on 4/12 for New York. They very promptly charged the $150 deposit on 4/8. THE ONLY THING THEY DID THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. To this date, there is still no pickup date. They NEVER, at any point, initiated contact with me. I emailed, left messages, called any extension I could trying to get somebody. NO, not even one, of the messages were ever returned! I got through twice to Jessica and once to Wendy. I was again told pickup dates that never came to be. Our vehicle is still in Florida. I have requested our contract be cancelled and my deposit be refunded as it is beyond the 10 day timeframe, but it appears that too is going to be problematic after being told by Jessica they would "gladly cancel the contract and refund the deposit" if the car was not picked up by 4/22. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST. I have a detailed log if anyone wishes to contact me.
