I am( a very anxious person so when I first got my quote I had told the service representive I wanted my car picked up on the 16th as I was flying out on the 17th. As I read the contract, and having dealt with other transport companies twice, I got nervous and thought I had put the wrong date.
Customer service took care of it, the truck came on a Sunday which I felt good about. They delivered it on Thursday, which was very nice since I had just gotten home the day before.
The driver drove my car into the community (I do not think they could have gotten the transport in) and I took him back to the truck.
I did forget to ask him for my key (valet) so I called and he said he would mail it and i have no doubt that I will not get it back. Great company, great service!
