Transport Services agent advised that Transport Services was not a broker and that Transport Services owned all trucks that were used to transport vehicles. When the Blue Moose Trucking rig showed up I was surprised to be told that he was an independent and that you (Transport Services) was a broker.
My vehicle arrived filthy; I wasn't surprised that it was dirty, but, filthy???
My vehicle arrived with a broken window VENTSHADE which is going to cost me $129.00 to replace (they are only sold in sets of four).
