I would never use this service again. I've never had to transport my car before, and thought that this company's service rep, Justin, was nice enough and appeared honest and trust-worthy. So I chose this service over others. I was supposed to have my car picked up by a Thursday or Friday, preferably Thursday because I was flying out of CT on Friday (and I told Justin that I was flying out on Friday). Justin told me that the car would come to my house in WA by Aug 7 or 8th (a week from the time they would pick it up in CT). I told them I wouldn't be home then because I would be on vacation for 3 weeks, and that my sister would be home so I gave them her number. He then told me that he would have the driver contact her.
A customer service rep called me the next day to tell me that the truck driver was coming on Thursday morning. He didn't show up on Thursday, nor did he show up on Friday. I finally got a hold of him right before I flew out, telling him I have to fly out. He kind of freaked out, because no one would be there to give him the car keys (and that's why I was furious and stressed out). I ended up leaving the keys in our mailbox. He didn't pick up the car until Saturday- which was late, but by then I was just relieved that my car was picked up at all (I was very lucky no one came by and looked in my mailbox...). So I felt okay, and enjoyed my 3-weeks vacation, thinking that the car was safe with my sister (I emailed her several times over my trip to let me know about the car, but she never did and I ended up forgetting about it). It wasn't until I got back into Seatac airport did my sister tell me that "btw, your corolla is not here." I was both furious at the company AND my sister (so airheaded and inconsiderate of her!!). Anyway, the truck driver called me that day (which was Aug 27th) and told me he would bringing the car to me the next day. So I got the car on August 28th, when Justin originally had told me that it would just take a week to get the car over to my place. What do you do with someone's car for 3 weeks????
Horrible service from the picking up end of it, and the dropping off end. Don't use this company, unless you like to be stressed out and worried.
