I am reposting this review with the permission of the transport reviews.com staff. Why am I reposting this review? Well after my initial review (back in January, and reposted below) reps from the company have called me numerous times offering me everything from steak dinners to free vouchers to have my review removed. In fact, after this review was posted, they offered to actually refund my deposit if I removed the review.
I got the refund, but still refused to remove the review. Today, Cory calls me trying to wheel and deal his way into having my review down. I was again offered steak dinners and free vouchers (why would I want to use them again?).
When I declined, Cory told me that it's obvious they're a great company because he's following up with me a year after the review. What? My review was in January firstly, secondly, he wanted the review removed for his own reasons, lastly, if they're so great, why are there so many 0 star reviews on the first page?. We ended the call with him stating that it didn't matter if I didn't remove the review because it was on the second page and no one saw it anyway (so why bug me for months?).
MINUTES after we hung up, I got an email saying my review was removed because. Why?
"This email is to let you know your review was removed from our site at www.transportreviews.com. The reason for removal is that Transport Services is unable to locate your order and has no way of proving that you are a customer of theirs. ".
So I wouldn't remove the review, so they lie to get it taken down? Give me a break. My original review will be posted below, and I urge anyone who has had a problem with this shady company to let your voice be heard and do NOT let them buy you. Why? because it opens the door for them to do it again!

i've been waiting over a month for a refund. they claimed they'd have no problem transporting my vehicle and would be able to do it in a specific window if i paid for expedited service (i paid a $350 deposit). they never did.
not only did they not pick up the car, they originally told me my car was picked up. when i stated that i spoke to the dealer and that the car was not picked up, i was spun a story about how their lines were down and they could receive calls but not make them, so they couldn't call the driver and ask. they couldn't provide me his cell phone number either. i was told i would receive a call back, and after waiting 5 hours, i decided to call back on my own.
when i called back, it became clear that they had no driver. i reminded them that i paid for expedited service and had a 2 day window in which this car had to be picked up. this was all explained to jarret and he assured that this would be no problem. they said they could not pick up the car. i immediately asked for a refund and was told it would be given to me the next monday.
the next wednesday i called for my refund, and was told it would be coming that day. well here we are many moons later, and still no refund.
i call today, and after waiting on hold for ages, some woman comes on and tells me that i will not get a refund because they had 7 days to pick up the car (nevermind the fact that it was stated that i was paying for expedited service because there was a 2 day window). i hear someone feeding lines to the woman and i asked to speak to that person.
that person is nicole who claims to be upper management and declared that i could use my $350 deposit to transport another car with them. that's great, i'll ship my car back to montana and have them pick it up, just so i don't lose my deposit. great plan huh?
listen to the reviews here. there's reason the bad reviews aren't just simple issues but major ones like this. these guys are frauds and i don't care how much they pay transportreviews to say otherwise.
