Mike is quite possibly one of the most helpful customers service reps I've come across in a long time. Very knowledgeable, poliet and egar to assist me with my move from Richmond, VA to Burbank, CA.

The price came out to be exactly what I was quoted, NO HIDDEN FEES! He gave me a two day pickup window and my car was picked up within the first day. He also told me that there would be a 7-10 day delivery window and my car arrived in 8, just like he said.

It wasn't the cheapest price out there but I definately paid for the service and piece of mind. I would certainly recommend this company (esp Mike) to my friends & family.
