The transporter stayed in contact with me during the entire process. The date of pickup was defined and they were actually able to pick the vehicle up a few hours early. The car carrier and truck appered to be new and clean. The driver was very polite and cutious. They stayed in contact with my son who received the car on the day and time promised. The transporter was able to deliver it a few miles from the origonal destination with no additional charge. The whole experience was simple and painless.
