I was told that the same driver who picked my car up would drop it off. This was not true. It was picked up by an interline carrier and driven to LA where it met the big truck.

I was told that the same truck that picked up my car would drop it off. This was not true. It was picked up by an interline carrier and driven to LA where it met the big truck.

I was told my car would be picked up on Tuesday. This was a lie. It was picked up on Wednesday.

I asked if it was ok to ship my car with a ski rack on the roof, they said it was ok. This was a lie. I was called by the second truck driver (who I had not met) and he let me know he removed the rack and put it in my car. He had to go through my car to find the key for the rack which I was not happy about. He then put it back on incorrectly.

They never mentioned that upon delivery I was to give the drive $1100 cash. I was not comfortable with this and when I asked about using my credit card they added a service fee after complaining about the difficulties of doing so.

After all this it took 3 weeks to get a receipt.

I was not happy.
