Empty Promises and lies AVOID

I booked Transport Services prior to finding this website and reading the reviews. I was treated great and my calls returned when we were first working out the transport but once I piad the $150 deposit all that changed. My car was 3 days late being picked up - paid the extra fee to get it picked up in 72 hours. And it was 3 days late being dropped off - one of the days was due to weather but the other 2 were because TS over promised. I was told on 2 different times that my car was 100% for sure going to be picked that day and both days it wasnt picked up. This was told to me by customer service one day and by a guy named Jarrod (I was told he was a high up manager) the other. The one thing I can not stand is being lied to and that is what I got from Trasnport Services. What you'll get with this company is tons of promises but they dont keep their word and when you call them out on it you get nothing but excuses. They have you give a deposit and then they have you and will refuse to refund it when requested. They did refund $100 of my $150 since the car wasnt picked up in the 72 hours but it was only refunded because I agreed to revise my review to what is here now. After they refunded my $100 the price of the transport went up $50 so I only really got back $50 of my $100.

All in all I would not use them again and really wish I would have seen the reviews prior to booking with them. Transport Services is nothing but empty promises. They give you lip service on the phone and tell you what you want to hear so you'll hang up. There are a few great carriers on this site - read the reviews and use one of them. Also don't book with a company that requires a deposit - this is their way of strong arming you like TS did with me. This is your car that you're having trasnported, if the company isnt there for you when there isnt a problem do you really think they'll be there for you when there is? Transport Services has shown more than once that they arent going to be there for you. I'm sure they will leave some type of review like this is a total surpise and that they did everything right - but this is just not true. Plain and simple if you use them you will regret it. I will say this Ryan was the only one that tried to help at all.
