I originally contacted another service who's rates were cheaper but their service and communications were horrible. The driver was supposed to contact me the next day after making the deal but heard nothing. I waited seven business days which was the max that they promised and again heard nothing. I had given them a $185 deposit and when I tried to contact them during the seven days and after, all I got was messages saying they were away from their desk. Well you get the picture. They've promised my deposit back so we'll see...
Transport Services are great people. Upon making the deal, Ryan told me when to expect a call from the driver which was right on time. The car was picked up in a couple days and was delivered ahead of schedule. The driver was friendly and professional and took great care with the car. Smooth, smooth, smooth. Would recommend to all!
