Since it was the first time I used this type of service, I had a lot of questions and some special requests to move my car from Colorado to Florida. Samantha was very friendly on the phone, understanding and accommodating to my questions and particular needs. Paul and Sharon with Erickson Trucking were very nice and professional, keeping me informed about the pickup and general status. They kindly agreed to deliver my Corolla at a certain time, which allowed me to not interrupt my work day at the new job and to return the rental earlier.
My overall experience with Transport Services was very positive and I recommend it widely to anybody. Thanks to all the involved team.
