They are liars and not to be trusted, no door to door services if you live on post and in the military. The truck drivers papers where not in order, that should have been my first sign to not use them. I was so close to leaving, and the prices was the lowest. I know next time to do better research to ship both my cars. My cars where pick up late and where suppose to be deliver to me on Wedneday 22 May 2013. I talk to Alex the driver who continued to lie and lie about my deliver time it kepts changing. I'm supposed to get them back on now on Thursday 23 May 2013, called the driver in the morning to confirm and he was told me that he was in maryland picking up another vehicle and that it was in charleston South Columbia. I ask his boss if I could just come and pick up the vehicle and was told that something was wrong with the plateform my cars are on and had to wait for Alex to return with that truck.
I also talk to DAVID, BRITNEY, ABBEY and STEVE, they all are lier and are not returning phone calles. At this point I just want my cars, I'm in a South Carolina living with my family in a hotel and no vehicles. Customers services are rude and really don't care about you and your situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!! THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES !!!!
